Our Team Programs are for progressive Leaders who want to create real, impactful change in their organisation and aren’t afraid to go against the status quo.

Each program is tailored to meet the needs of the Leadership Team and identify both the opportunities and challenges you face as a collective. Together, we will diagnose areas of disconnect in the team and set clear, achievable objectives.

We create an environment that encourages constructive conversation, exploration and productive problem-solving, whilst also deepening connection between the Team.

Leadership Team Coaching

Designed for Executive Teams that want to elevate their Leadership Capabilities, individually, and as a collective. We work with you on both an individual and team level to identify and address key challenges, establish new ways of working, and adopt high-performance practices.

Highly interactive, face-to-face Leadership Development experiences that focus on practical application of new Leadership skills and concepts, and provide opportunities for participants to connect and collaborate with each other.

Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA)

A Leadership/Culture Diagnostic that assesses the gap between your current collective leadership and your aspirational collective leadership (optional)

1:1 Executive Coaching

Individual coaching sessions with Celeste to help each Leader develop and refine their leadership skills and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Leadership Circle 360 Assessments

360 Leadership Circle Profile for each Leader to assess their current Leadership capability and identify areas of strength and opportunity. (optional)

Group Momentum Calls

Group calls to track progress between sessions, remove roadblocks and resolve any issues that may be preventing progressing.

Emerging Leaders Mentoring Program

This program is tailored for businesses wanting to foster emerging talent through powerful mentoring relationships with Senior Leaders. Our program focuses both on developing the individual Leader as well as providing support and guidance to both Mentors and Mentees to ensure impactful, enduring Mentoring relationships.

A highly interactive, face-to-face Leadership Development experience that focuses on both teaching Leadership and the  practical application of new skills and concepts.  It’s the first point of connection between Mentors and Mentees.

Group Coaching and Learning Labs

Interactive and immersive virtual group sessions designed to encourage engagement and discussion of leadership development content, and provide a forum for participants to learn from one another.

1:1 Coaching Session

A 30-minute individual coaching session with Celeste, tailored to each participant’s personal development and challenges.

Accountability and Peer Coaching Proceess

A weekly accountability process designed to build peer coaching and embed learning between sessions.

Culture & Values Change Program

Our Connected Culture & Values Program is for Leadership Teams looking to update their Values and improve their Culture.   The program diagnoses the current Culture, and the aspirational Culture to ensure the DNA we want to keep is retained, and the Culture we want to build is crystal clear.  We then work with the whole group to co-create the new Values and how to bring them to life, practically.
